I signed up around a month and a half ago my Experian score never budged at all, I signed up for this and then a I checked my Experian score and it’s gone up 118 point....a WHOLE 118 after it not moving for months, I think this app gave me the extra point as I was on £4 plan but have now moved up to the £12 plan and received more point 252 to be exact but they’ll go up as the weeks pass, iv always tried to get my score up after it being below 300 for years and only just going to 350 I look and have +118 and now I’m on my way to 500!!! Going to give it till April 2021 and if there’s another big increase I’m upgrading my plan to the GOLD!!!
Awful
21121964!
I had a bits card for over a year it to be honest didn’t make that much difference to my credit rating even though I paid the £14 each month! I went through some personal issues so failed to pay a few payments and they cancelled my card! I then was sent an email after I’d paid what I owed saying my new card was available so paid the initial £14 again! But was then told I couldn’t have a card so they had to refund me. Since then I periodically every other month keep getting this bloody email saying my new card is available just finish the application in the app, which is the initial £14 payment but then no doubt I’ll get another message saying I’m blocked. Please sort yourselves out ! This is only a £50 credit card and I’ve since gone to Zable who actually act like a proper credit card firm. Never had issues with them as I did with you. So no I don’t recommend your card whatsoever! Your mistake and your issue. If you want your business to grow stop messing with people who just needed some help!

Really disappointing
rozz b
This app has been a complete letdown. It’s promoted as a credit-building service, yet after using it for the past year, I’ve seen absolutely no improvement in my credit score. I also have the Bits credit card, and despite consistent, on-time payments, my credit limit has never increased. The main idea behind this card is to help build credit, but the requirement to make weekly payments is unreasonable. Who can realistically afford to pay off a credit card every week?I’ve always made my payments on time and have never missed one, yet my credit score has stayed exactly the same. I haven’t seen any positive results or progress from using this service. At this point, I believe I deserve a full refund—especially for the fees I’ve paid—since it was clearly stated that this would help improve my credit score, and it hasn’t. I’ve upheld my end of the commitment, but your service has failed to deliver on its promises and has only been a source of frustration.

Hi there,I’m really sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had with our service, and I completely understand how disappointing it must feel when you’re expecting progress and don’t see it reflected yet.I want to clarify that the Bits membership fee gives you access to several services — including the credit card, store card, and rent reporting. However, it’s also important to note that credit score growth depends on many different factors, not just Bits. Things like existing loans, other credit cards, payment history across all accounts, utilisation, address stability, and overall credit behaviour all play a role. That said, I genuinely want to help you get this resolved and understand exactly what’s happening with your file. Please reach out to me directly at anastasia@getbits.app or call us on 0207 438 2090, and I’ll personally review your case to make sure everything is working as it should.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — I’m here to support you and get this sorted.AnastasiaBits Support Team
Misleading and useless

They advertise as a store card but you can’t spend anything in any store, negative impact on my credit score but only with Experian, other CRAs have increased my score. When I read about it I thought it would be like loqbox but you get nothing back so you are simply paying them to send a computer file to Experian. It’s a total rip off and will be closing the account as I don’t see the point in paying an organisation to damage my credit rating. I will also be submitting a complaint to the FCA for misconduct. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEAfter receiving a response from BITS I am sure that they really need to take a look at themselves. Everything is so vague and non committal and I will be looking to get all my money back as they advertise it as a store card but you can only buy goods from their store at the prices they set once they have confirmed your ID at some point in the future. Again I will say DO NOT USE THEM
Developer Response
Hi there, Bits is a digital store card, and your credit limit on this store card can be spent on products in our in-app store. This is available to all our customers, once you have passed our ID verification checks! I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. If you haven't contacted us already to close your account, please reach out at hello@getbits.app, and we will get this done for you asap. In terms of your score decrease, it isn't uncommon for your score to drop slightly when you first open a new credit account, whether that's with Bits or any mainstream lender. Once you start making consistent payments on time across several months, your score should increase again!
