Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s Mobile App
This app is provided by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council in the United Kingdom. Information submitted by our residents will be handled by the local authority and passed to the relevant council officer to resolve.
Have you walked past the same pile of rubbish on your way to work, thinking that someone should report it to the council? Have you driven over the same pothole, swerving to avoid damaging your car? Well, unless someone tells the local authority about the issue, it is unlikely that it will be resolved.
