This app is amazing! It’s been so easy to just copy and save the video! I used to use the screen recording technique but this app just took seconds to save. But there is one problem which I kindly ask for you to fix: When pressing the button, it says “cant download this URL” then on the top it says, “Error not valid URL” which confuses me because it happens to every video I copy. I was thinking to delete and download the app, but I just couldn’t as I’d lose all the videos I’ve saved onto the app. So please fix the problem as soon as possible. Thank you!

I love this app! I use it every day to remove the watermarks from my tiktok videos, but it’s the second time that I encounter the same problem: when I paste the link it doesn’t work anymore. All I see is « play video please » and I’m asked to open my Instagram account for some reason. Then I see « Can’t DN ». Please sort this out as soon as possible 🙏🏻 Thank you

I’m an editor so finding this app was a life saver. Screen recording is convenient but it ruins the quality and takes ages since you have to sit through the whole video, this is so much easier since you just copy the link then press a button. But after awhile it’s doesn’t work…you press the button it takes you to an ad then the words “downloading now” flash onto the screen then disappear. The first time this happened I thought it downloaded so I went to my camera roll but it’s wasn’t there. I tried multiple times but it just does the same glitch (I even deleted the app). Works brilliantly but this weird glitch is annoying!!
