Great app
App works a treat. Well designed and user friendly. Would be worth re-adding the feature to be able to re-order from historical orders, this was so useful not having to go into the app to order the same coffees when you use the app regularly
Would be great, but sneaky
In general the app is nicely designed and has good UI but there is something going on with the reward processes
1) they had the “recommend a friend, you both get free drink” feature that stopped working literally weeks after the launch in south Ken while they still had it written in the app
2) I assumed you get one reward point for one drink bought. Recently I saw on the app that I have 9 points - so 1 point away from a free drink. I went to buy a drink - my points didn’t move. I thought it was my mistake and it was 8 in fact before so next time I went to get a coffee I screenshoted the points I have and again, they didn’t move. Why so sneaky ? like I am already getting tons of coffee from you guys, why not give these coffees
3) there is no way (or I’m missing something) to see your previous orders (like you can on Uber eats for example) so you cannot even have a proof that you ordered through the app ten times …
Please fix those, I really like blank street but it gives me ick now
