Accurate app but could be improved

With the old Teamplan app i could quickly get onto it using face ID or a pin number. It is annoying having to put in the email and password as it logs you out very often. I think it’s harder now to see the hours you’ve worked in the week than the old app we used. It has been accurate though and i’m happy with that. I think several improvements could be made to make it easier to quickly check your shifts and hours without going into each date to see how long the shift is.

Yet another useless IT system to be introduced by M&S

Have just downloaded the update to Blue Yonder and now I cannot get the app to open, which is great as now I cannot see my hours for next week and its now the time to put in our holidays and I’m off this week so put them in at work. Why does this company always introduce systems before all the bugs are ironed out, or do we always go for the cheapest and therefore rubbish versions, because this happens every time something is changed.
