Bluetooth MIDI Connect 4+

So just got the Korg microKey Air, fantastic! no wires…only this app won’t work with the bluetooth version on my 2009 iMac :(

I’m not knocking the app by the way. My mac is getting a bit long in the tooth but, thought people should be aware that midi over bluetooth does require newer gear so keep that in mind if your buying a wireless keyboard.

I guess it’s upgrade time!

Works for me with Mojave. Easier than going into the midi settings to connect each time. However I wish it would auto connect as currently, when it detects a bluetooth midi, it just tells you but doesn't do anything... leaving you to open the icon, click 'connect bluetooth device' and then click connect - which is only 1 click less than going into midi settings! I'd have thought it someone turned on a midi device - it's pretty likely it would be to connect - so it's a shame there isn't an option to just auto connect.

I recantly bought a Lekato Wireless MIDI keyboard to use for DAWs and other software using MIDI macros. Unfortunately this only had up to date software for iOS/iPadOS to connect wirelessly as it was not showing us as a devise when connecting via bluetooth. I was about to give up until I found this app and it picked up this keyboard perfectly and is working with everything perfectly. Thank you soo muchfor this.
