BNI Connect® Mobile 4+

If I get an alert to notify me of a new chapter member, the app just spins and doesn’t open.
Also, the input fields make no sense for an internal referral. They should dynamically change or internal referrals should be on a different tab.
I never knew the web-based Connect so cant compare, but this mostly works pretty well

Features this app needs to make it really good for recording RoI:
* the ability not just to thank others for business but essentially to see who has thanked me for business I’ve referred to them
* a decent search function by member name to see who I’ve passed referrals to (and each referral’s status by member name)
* a decent search function by member name to see who I’ve had referrals from (this would help me track who are my best referral partners and which pitch appeared to have worked best when educating others about what I do)

As a launch chapter director consultant, I have excited new members to set up on this. The easy way to use each part makes my life so easy - explaining how to is a breeze and the excitement of my members when they’re successful is a joy!
And I love how readily head office listen and consider further developments to make it even more user friendly and useful - looking forward to the upcoming changes 👏
