Bought this watch yesterday, on the app it keeps repeating Additional Configuration needs to be saved!!

Not received OTP
Not received any Otp to register in the app
App not registering outside India
So, my son bought this watch in Mumbai (on our Jan 2023 trip) seeing almost all of his cousins wearing the same.
He happily brought it to UK and tried registering the app with UK number, but despite many tries, we never got the OTP from app to our phone number.
And hence the watch is lying useless.
