Excellent
Being a complete novice and having my first boat 25ft power cruiser (which has sat in my front garden for two years through people letting me down ) I find this app very useful and informative and interesting and it's always in my pocket. It is easy to read and you can zoom in as well

Handy but a bit too US related
Very good little application, but strongly US in many parts. Otherwise, it contains pretty much all you need to understand before entering out. If you need a reasonable application that covers 99 percent of all that a day skipper needs to know, then this is very good value.
If it's only calculations that you need - Boating Calcs from the same author is very usefull
Excellent.
This is a fantastic ap. It reads like a sailing magazine (but costs less), is full of great information some of which is essential knowledge (tide datums and rule of twelths) along with other bits and bobs that are facinating (...that ugly construction on the top of a sports boat is a tuna spotting tower). I fully recomend this to real sailors and tuna spotters.
