Description
The Bodied By XO is a fitness and wellness app designed to help you reach your goals with Christina Okenla as your very own online personal trainer. Whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer, we provide effective workouts with minimal equipment to fit into your busy schedule.
LIVE CLASSES
Christina is known for her fun, energetic workouts, always matched with a banging playlist. Train with Christina live, check your form and let her pick you up when you need that extra motivation to push to the end. Classes are, 30-45 mins long and require minimal equipment. Classes range from HIIT, Resistance, Strength Training, and Recovery. No two classes are the same and the music will help you to power through the burn with Christina performing every rep with you.
ON-DEMAND WORKOUTS
Can’t make the live sessions, all sessions are saved in our on-demand library so you can catch up in your own time. Additional on-demand content such as our Low Impact series and Stretch And Flex series with guest trainer Rhiane will be released monthly so you will never get bored! Use the handy filters feature to easily find and save your favorite workouts.
GYM-GUIDES
For all gym lovers, science-backed gym guides focusing on progressive overload will be released monthly so that you can get those gains in the gym and tailor your workouts to your goals.
TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS
We love data-driven results. Sync your watch to the app and log your workouts and steps!

Get access to a library of healthy, delicious meals with macro-nutrient breakdowns to help keep you on track.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts

If you are looking for a workout app with guaranteed results… this is for you!
I couldn’t recommend this workout app enough. Not only are the live classes super engaging and helpful, the trainer always ensures she breaks down how each exercise should be performed so that you have the technique correct. In addition, should you miss any of the live classes you can always catch up on demand so that you never miss out. Another thing I love about the app is all of the additional content it provides such as a nutrition guides, workout challenges to help push yourself the extra mile and hold you accountable. Plus the community of lovely ladies to converse and build with as well as the shop of equipment to help you get starter with your home workouts. Since using this app, I have a seen a change in my overall fitness and stamina as well as my physique. So….what are you waiting for? Go get started. :)

The best app for fitness !
I highly recommend the BodiedbyXO app. It has everything you could possibly need with a huge library of workouts to choose from that you can do in your own time if unable to join the live sessions. Christina is so dedicated, passionate and committed to giving us her best at all times.
The app has lots of other topics in addition to workouts including meal plans, gym guides and so much more.
There’s even a community section to ‘talk’ to other users. The app is so easy to use.
The classes are amazing, always well structured and easy to follow with great playlists. I’ve been training online with Christina for 3 years after giving up my gym membership and can honestly say I’m the fittest I have ever been.
Doing the classes has become a regular part of my daily/weekly routine and what is even more enjoyable, is joining the live sessions and meeting some of the ladies we only ever “speak” to online.
It’s a fantastic community, you really can’t go wrong and amazing value, even better, you can workout in the comfort of your home or even whilst away.

LOVE BODIED BY XO!
Christina is an amazing trainer and I love her workouts. There is a new timetable every week with varied workouts planned by Christina - no two workouts are the same! From fun booty classes or intense HIT sessions.
You can join in via the live or you can catch up in your own time as each workout is saved to access later.
The library is amazing and you can select your workout based on the area of the body you want to work, making it super easy to choose one that you fancy that day.
The playlists are banging and are sure to keep you motivated.
