Is it worth it

Navigation is bad as it’s in 3d when u choose the option to use waze it crashes even thu I’m using iPhone 9 and if u get a request within the job u can’t confirm and it counts towards your cancellation rate customer drop off point is not shown even thu it would be less wait time for the customers and less cancellation by drivers overall nothing new same as any other platform

Bad app

Worse app to work with... there’s a bonus if you complete 15/16 jobs and keep your activity score above 85% you get the bonus but your activity scores changes accordingly on how much jobs you complete, so if you decline or not accept the jobs your activity score goes down, but the reality is, the app keeps crashing so we’re not able to accept many jobs not because we don’t want it but because of this cr*p app, it should be improved in order to work properly because right now it’s just not good at all and lots of us work in order to get the bonus and at the end of the day we can’t get it... again because the app is absolutely sh**!
And no driver support to help any of us and when you msg sometimes take up to 2 days to actually someone get back to you, let’s see if I can get at least a response on my chat after leaving this amazing review saying how most all of us drivers feel about the app as I already spoke with many drivers.
So invest on at least a small driver support in order to help the drivers who have urgent things to deal with.

Uber has more Exec trips

I’ve joined bolt for over 3 months now and I can say there is hardly any executive trips. When I first enrolled, I was automatically received standard (uberX) trips. I was not able to tell which trips were Executive and which were Standard. Only after completing the trips I was able to tell.

Also for the last month, when selecting a trip towards a destination, a very nasty bugs is still making me not earn money. Whilst having bolt app in the background, after a few seconds, it will remove the destination and reset as though I just went online to accept any trip. Went to report this via the app and was told to wait till end of first quarter of ‘NEXT YEAR’ as they are working on it.

Responses from customer service via the app takes almost a week.

Surges are inconsistent and a lie. When in high surge areas, 19/20 times you will get a non surge trip which affect activity levels. Once you get a surge, it is marginally lower than the current surge price. Surges seem not last long.

I believe when all these issues have been addressed, they may have a chance to overtake Uber and the market share. Finger crossed 🤞🏼
