It’s my first e book. I bought exam kit and it was available via this app. I love the fact that it has options to make notes and add a bookmark and highlight things. I can use it almost as if i had a paper version. Thank you

I have already sent a complaint to BPP about this. I am using an IPad 10 to write notes alongside the workbook text, however, the ebook either deletes what I have written or it will replace it with previously erased text. Even when I try to erase everything and leave the page blank - the text will reappear. It as though the ebook has a saved version that can’t be overwritten - which is very frustrating, because unless you realise the change immediately you could continue writing notes throughout the work from page 1 to 100 get to page 101 and realise all your previous notes have been deleted or changed. Flash cards - I have no idea what this is or what it’s supposed to do. I have read the instructions several times on how to use them however it just doesn’t make any sense what so ever. What would have been useful is a way to copy and paste tables or images provided in the workbook so that you can refer to them quickly using the flash cards. Overall the intent with the ebooks is good, but the execution needs more work.

Update:
Have done some testing and realised that the annotation function only works when you use red, if you try to annotate in any other (normal) colour like black or blue it will disappear. If you have written in red, erased it and written in blue, the red annotation will reappear.

Avoid like the plague if you can. Like so many people I only got this as it’s the only platform the publisher allows you to access the bloody books. Spent a few hundred £s on a couple books. Now you’d think I’d own a copy of them. Nope. With this stupid platform a cannot even save the books and cannot would you believe even print a single page of documents i pain £100s for. Really. Any other places supply PDFs you actually get a copy of, as after all you purchased it. Here they are so greedy they so ly give you access to it. Slightly different if you are paying a subscription for access to something like this. But I purchased the documents outright. Therefore I should be bloody allowed to a page of a document I own! Can’t even print the front cover for heaven’s sake. Never ever again. I have asked the publishers for a full refund and shall be purchasing a hard copy at least then I will own a copy as I should for that money and can then do what I bloody like with it. As you should. Geez. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost.
