Incredible app for programming

Boostcamp is the best gym app bar none. It’s catalog of free pro and user programs is second to none, with some of the brightest minds lending their knowledge for the everyday gym goer. I have been so impressed with almost every programme on there, each with detailed written and filmed descriptions of the programme. Most have advanced concepts that have proven to be effective for strength and hypertrophy such as periodisation and progression, but it packages it in such a way that someone not in the gym space can just pick it up and run with it. So impressed. The free version does lack some helpful features, but I cannot fault it whatsoever.

Great app for GZCLP

I got this app as I was struggling to come up with a routine to start GZCLP, thankfully Boostcamp really simplifies it and gives a solid base to set up a routine on. You can tip the trainers directly which is a nice touch. Only one small issue I’ve come across is sometimes the app resets during a workout if the screen locks and loses the workout, then skips to the next one so it doesn’t appear to get logged. Only happened twice now and not a major issue.

It’s convenient, but a hassle.

I found Boostcamp through a recommendation as I was struggling to track my workouts. Boostcamp is good at tracking, however sometimes it doesn’t let me add exercises and copy workouts from previous sessions. This is when it hit me… We should be able to make our own program which would be more convenient then copying previous workouts, week to week. We would also be able to share our workouts to friends starting to workout. Overall Boostcamp is helpful just a bit buggy and a bit of a hassle 4.5/5 stars
