HOW TO PLAY
As a new scout, you'll need to add players to your squad. The squad is where you will see all of your signings in one place. Each player's points score is live and can only be locked once you trade them out.
YOUR SQUAD
Adding a player to your squad is easy. You can search for a player via the League, Team and Player filters, or in-game via Match Vision. Simply select the player you want and complete their trade to your squad. You’ll have a maximum of 11 slots in your squad so you will need to trade a player out if it is full.
LATEST NEWS & PLAYER ANALYSIS
Study In-depth profiles on all players. Review a player’s form, upcoming fixtures, league tables and results. Read the latest stories and news impacting each league to help you decide which players sign.
SCORE POINTS
Make sure the players in your squad are getting game time, and that they are improving on their form from when you traded them in.
PLAYER BOOSTS
Players from a lower league have a ‘Player Boost’ added to their possible points return - the lower the league the higher the boost; this increases their potential points when the player plays well, but beware, if they play badly, their points will go in the opposite direction!
WATCH LIVE LEAGUE FIXTURES
As a scout, your job is to view potential trades and sign them to win you points. In Match Vision you can watch any fixture live as it happens, seeing how players are performing.
You may have a player in your squad already that you are banking on to progress, or there may be a player that's caught your eye to add to your squad.
SCOUT DIVISIONS
Play for free and scale the 5 Scout divisions to prove you are the best. Once you have made it to the coveted Premier Division you will crowned as bootbag’s ultimate scout.
SPEND DIAMONDS
Diamonds are rewarded for trades and can be used to unlock further features to help you get an edge on the competition!
CREATING YOUR CLUB
Create a unique club identity that makes you stand out from the crowd earning new kit designs along the way, and adding to the clubs facilities. By increasing your abilities in the game, you will unlock more features to choose from.

Been playing this all day yesterday and it’s really good - great screen work - love the in game video Just getting used to the data and history bits on players . It’s a real challenge timing the buy sale timing but I am getting better at it already Feels like I am really involved in the big world of football . I guess it’s early days but I think this will be huge . There is a lot to learn lots of tools to make decisions and getting the strategy right as well as timing critical - excellent !!!!

I found this a fantastic addition to Soccer Saturday as i found myself getting into the detail of the various games and learning about players I had never heard of in an attempt to win points and get up a leader board. The fact that it resets gives you an opportunity to learn and create a strategy. Normal fantasy football if you get behind you can never really catch up and have to wait until the next season - Bootbag is infectious and irresistible

A modern twist of fantasy football

Loving the game so far. The fact it supports supports football beyond just the Premier League really does make it for me. With the real-time decision making, I feel challenged in who to pick and the ability to watch live updates on what’s happening on the pitch is very cool. Being able to challenge friends and families player opinion, while being able compete with friends who support Leyton Orient, Swansea, Bradford City and Crawley makes it a unique experience to other fantasy football games.The inclusion of the WSL also makes the game this a game for everyone to enjoy together.It would be to see even more leagues added from across Europe and beyond!
