Customer service is non existent
Cannot fault the connection and speed when joining the service, but customer service is non existent. Tried to port my number in the app but keep getting timeout error messages, tried contacting them but they eventually respond then ignore you, all I want to do is port my old number but nothing but problems, good connection and service but customer service is rubbish.
Boshhh in bangin
Not had a single problem since joining! App is great keeps me up to date with how much data I am using throughout the month so I can keep track of my usage. A big bonus in the app is being able to view my credit score, which I’m noticing is growing since I started to use the sim! Overall great product and service, really happy.
Scam?
Have been charged just now 9.95 pounds on my card. It says 3GB, but does not work 4G LTE on my tablet (other sims did). Integration with iOS 17 between data sharing from HSBC UK and Boshhh app is messed up too. I tried Customer Service, no solution. So far call I was able to do was to receive calls, no real credit score increase, data or respect towards me. Total waste of time. Do not spend a pence!
I have screenshots and emails to prove. Trust Pilot will get a nice feedback too.
