Bounce: Luggage Storage Nearby 4+

We’ve never used Bounce before or even heard of it however the experience we had at the weekend was outstanding. We came off a week long cruise and had the day in Venice before our flight home. We picked the B&B closest to the Marco Polo airport to store our luggage for the day. The lady there was so helpful and she phoned her taxi driver to take us into Venice centre, and we arranged with her a pick up time for all 4 of us to be picked up from Venice and taken to the airport and the driver to then go and bring our luggage to us at the airport. It was all so smooth and meant we were able to enjoy our day with no worries about our luggage or getting to the airport on time. We would 100% use them again.
I would also like to say that the taxi driver who took us into Venice was really friendly and chatty and was telling us all about Venice and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc. I really hope someone can tell him how much we appreciated his knowledge and advice.

My first time using bounce & was toying between several other bag drops close to our chosen location. Others were cheaper but we didn’t think they would be as safe & secure ie 24h convenience stores etc. We decided to pay the premium price and were so pleased we did. The luggage store was specifically for luggage storage, scanned and screened, and service with a smile. Very friendly and felt confident that the bags would be safe with our belongings whilst we enjoyed our day. We were given a ticket with our collection number, and advised to take a photo of it incase we lost the ticket - very helpful! Our bags were tagged and stored immediately. Would certainly recommend and use again! We found it hard to find from the underground, but once you’re in the main train station at London Bridge, the signs are everywhere. (Opposite the shard) under the archway. 10/10!

We stumbled across Bounce when looking for somewhere to hold our luggage for a few hours between checking out of our apartment and leaving for our flight. The app was very easy to use and the steps of searching for a location and booking were surprisingly simple (I loved how you could see the type of establishment and their opening hours before committing to the booking). Unbeknownst to us, we had actually booked to drop our luggage at a Bounce office in the centre of Lisbon 🇵🇹!The staff member was very attentive and took time to talk to us about the start-ups journey so far and asked for our user feedback. The entire process from setting up an account to collecting the luggage was faultless and fantastic value for money - 10/10 would and have recommended to our friends!
