We came out of the store last week to find a flat battery went back into store the gentleman on meet and greet was amazing he got in touch with the maintenance dept who brought some jump leads what an amazing staff you have we shop a lot at boundry mills but this was beyond helpful what a team you’ve got hope you appreciate them the store is amazing too you could spend a whole day there there’s a department for everyone x

Went in to walsall branch today with my mom. Went to open app.. asked for password thought maybe ok as had a new phone. Could not get passed the password bit. So mom used hers but hers was asking for password again. Asked the girls in the coffee shop it there was a problem with the app. They said “a few customers had but nothing to do with us, we don’t get told anything !”. I asked if they could report it to their manager as felt it might be a problem They said “no mangers in to tell”. So at the main till now pay for my £350+ of clothes .. mentioned again.. she said “you can’t down load the new app in the store you need to go home and do it!” Luckily for Boundary Mill I stayed and purchased my items ! Just home now and done the whole process again . No password reset space on the screen No email sent to re set ON BOTH PHONES. I love coming to boundary mill BUT the frustration of the app, the lack of staff empathy and making me feel like it was my fault has left me feeling we need to go and spend our money elsewhere. FINALLY I Counted over 200 signs advertising your app in the store . One on every table in the coffee shop, every till, every loo door . If you are going to promote an app.. make sure it works first! At the moment it’s sales prevention you have your marketing team to thank for.

Had quite a few problems with this app. Couldn’t log in so tapped on forgot password. Entered email for them to send passcode. Entered passcode but couldn’t collapse keyboard to press submit. If I hold my finger at top of keyboard, it collapsed but still couldn’t press submit as finger was on screen. Minute I release, keyboard appears again. This app is unusable majority of the gime
