On the way to being a great app
My first impression is that this is a quick and reliable email app for my iPhone XR.
Additional plus points are the ability to access contacts and calendar from within the app with just one click.
Development opportunities to make it even better would be the option to make the fonts larger and to use the Apple “ swoosh” sound to notify when an email has been sent.

Annoying bugs, still need full email client on laptop frequently
Works well much of the time but it has a few really annoying bugs:
1) When used on an iPad (and intermittently on an iPhone) the button bar at the bottom used for switching between calendar, mail etc vanishes or is blank. This is particularly bad on an iPad when split screen with another app, they reappear when the screen share proportion is changed from 50/50 to 25/75.
2) Every couple of weeks the application decides the mail store is corrupt and it has to be deleted then re-download all email etc plus re set up all auto-signatures etc. - everything is reset
I appreciate the ability to open content outside is limited as a security feature although this is annoying.
The 1 month limit on downloading emails is very limiting.
This app could allow my iPad to be a real laptop replacement, but with these limitations I have to carry round the laptop as well and frequently open this up instead.
Fundamentally flawed
My company choose this app for secure email over the stock iOS email app & calendar.
Quite honestly this is the worst email client I have ever used.
-App has to be open to get email notifications, unlike stock app.
-When you do get notifications it can be hours sometimes after you’ve received the email, usually I had read and replied to the email on my laptop so when you get the notification you think it’s another email so go to find it only to see it’s an old one you already know about.
-Doesn’t sync with stock Calendar app so its awkward to use and won’t publish the calendar appointments to notification centre.
-clunky layout
-not user friendly
Being forced to used this app has only resulted in me now not using my phone to check work emails. Boxer app is stuck in a folder somewhere not opened, and personal emails come through the stock iOS mail app as normal.
Great for my work / home life balance - not sure this was quite what my company intended but that was their choice by forcing this appalling app on me.
