I have 10 gambling apps,this user interface is just the best out them all but 2 things need to be changed to make this great,1) waiting 3 days for withdrawls is so out of date when william hill ,betfair etc… pay in to your account within 2 hours also when i click on my football accumulators in my bets i want to see all my matches with the current score and time played as soon as i hit open bets instead of having to press lots of buttons to view event ,its these 2 reasons i would be more inclined to just place bets on william hill just for the convenience

I made an account, added bank details, deposited £10 and proceeded to play. I was winning bits and bobs and had been playing for 10-15 minutes with £2.43 left on my account when I was kicked mid game and told my account was blocked. Upon proceeding to live chat an employee firstly told me that the company are entitled to perform identity validation checks “from time to time” when it is deemed necessary. They would not tell me what about my account warranted such a validation being requested. They could not answer and then the fumbling chat girl then told me ALL customers have to do this even though she had previously showed me the terms & conditions which state only that they are entitled to perform these checks “from time to time”. Shoddy company, staff who don’t know their own rules and tell you different things from their colleagues. Avoid this app and go the bookies instead.

Do not use this company. I deposited £20 and started playing a slot game. After a few spins I won the bonus feature and 3 spins into the bonus the game froze and crashed on a winning spin (£5). After restarting the app and going back onto the game (all other sites give you an error message and allow you to continue where you left off) the game wouldn’t work and didn’t pay any of the winnings. I contacted the company via chat and was told they would look into the issue and get back to me (a week later and still nothing). After a few hours the slots game eventually worked and allowed me to continue the bonus feature. I ended up winning £52. Once returning to the main regular spins, I had the winnings in my account, so I played on and after the 2nd spin my £52 got instantly wiped from my account. Contacted the company again and got told ‘we will look into it’. Still waiting. In addition to this, I made a further £20 deposit via PayPal and the money never appeared in my account. Got told by one of their agents it is pending and will appear in 24 hours. 4 days later, nothing. I’ve decided to cut my loses and never use the company again.
