App works very well, just need a previous tickets section for next time I’m stopped on a bus and my ticket I used to get on has run out just to prove I had a ticket. Also how does the bus times work? Real time bus tracking for the next bus at my location or is it just from a tome table based on when the next bus should be arriving?

I used this app for the first time today for a journey I had to make. The first issue I had was that I got locked out of my account for 12 hours because I logged in one too many times. I think it’s because I changed my password and then logged out/back in to ensure the login was still valid before boarding. I had to create a new account to be able to buy a mobile ticket.The second issue was that when I activated my ticket, I screenshotted it, thinking that I would need to do that in case I had no internet access on the bus. I regularly screenshot all purchases so it didn’t occur to me that it would be a problem. A warning popped up saying I’m not allowed to do that, and I was logged out of the app (again). When I got on the bus, I found that my pass had been invalidated so I had to purchase another one. I understand the reasoning behind invalidating screenshotted tickets, but the screenshot wasn’t even saved (presumably blocked by the app) and I feel this is policy unfair to new app users who might screenshot purchases out of habit. Keep in mind, I’m a developer myself so I’m particularly tech savvy yet still had this issue - so imagine how many innocent people must be getting double charged for an innocent mistake.It gets two stars instead of one just because I can’t deny that the app is convenient and works well once I did manage to purchase a valid ticket.

Have been using for quite some time and generally works well, there have been a fair few occasions where I’ve been watching the time for when a bus is due get to the stop and then refresh and the time has vanished and it then says 14 mins till the next and no bus has been? There are also many better routes I personally know to use that the app doesn’t suggest, needs to give more suggestions of routes where you change over to another mode of transport be that bus or tram as the app fails to show routes that are actually a lot quicker or require less time walking

We purchased 3 tickets on the app to cover 7 adults and 2 children but as we got split up during the day and 2 of our party wanted to go back to the hotel as one was 81 and the other disabled we had a problem as they needed the ticket so my daughter screenshot it and sent it to one of their phones but on the tram the conductor wouldnt accept it even though it was within the time on the ticket and made them pay again!! Now as i said they are ageing and disabled not your likely people to try and pull a fast one. If you buy them off here be sure your group stays together or you are in trouble and end up paying double!! RIP OFF!!
