Frustrating
I have been using this app, and loving it, for the last couple of years, but when I opened it today it wants me to pay £3.99 a month. I paid for the membership to last forever a couple of years ago so I’m not expecting to pay any more, but of course, now I can’t get into use it without signing up for a new subscription.
‘Play’ featue not loading
I am a regular player and have been playing for very long, however I recently got a new iPad, and ever since then, half the time when I log in to my account, BBO says that there is an error and that I should check my internet connection. My wifi is perfectly fine, though. I have to reboot the app to make it woek. I even get booted out during tournaments and matches. Why is this? Is it a BBO issue or an Apple one? Please clarify as I spend a lot of my evenings playing Bridge.

Difficulty getting the app to work.
I have been using my iPad mini 4 with rhe latest iOS for some years. It has recently started misbehaving in various ways, refusing to start, telling me my Wi-Fi is the problem, blank screen etc etc.
I have raised a query with BBO and been told to reload to the latest version. I reported that I was using 6.26.0 only to be told that is not the latest.
As 6.26.0 is shown here as the latest I am at a loss what to do next.
It works ok on my pc and my wife’s iPad but not my one.
Can somebody please help me ???

- Ensure your iPad is running the latest iOS.
- Uninstall and reinstall the BBO app from the App Store.
- Restart your iPad.
