BrightHR 4+

Since using the BrightHR software and the app this has freed up so much of my time that I can concentrate on the business and brought the business into the modern era . Long gone are spreadsheets , manual rotas and holiday request forms . Everything is all done at the touch of a button and easily approved by management in a second. Always adding new an innovative feature to support businesses and the employment law advice line is great!

The app is great first of all however, with previous scheduling software it would give you a shift reminder the night before reminding you that you are in for that shift, unfortunately this doesn’t happen on this app and leaves employees having to check for the days there are in, yes it gives you a notification at the time when they are scheduled in but that’s it. Maybe this has been overlooked, but a simple toggle switch for shift reminders would be very welcomed and save headaches of staff not realizing they have a shift the next day! Something so simple yet powerful at the same time.

The ability to edit the Rota on the app would be nice as currently this cannot be done via the app.

Overall the app is great and I’ve had no issues so far but with the above two it’d definitely make it a solid app.

I will definitely update the star rating to 5* if these features can be implemented.

Using BrightHR has made it so much easier for me to keep track of holidays, as well as logging sickness and lateness.

The rota tool has been brilliant for my business as I no longer need to text and email the team with their weekly shifts. BrightHR does this automatically as soon as I publish the rota. Both me and the team have seen such an improvement on shift planning since we started using BrightHR. It's great!
