Login Failed grrrrrttr

Like others I downloaded the app from Apple App Store. I registered and tried to log in. Kept on getting the login failed due to incorrect password.

Password is correct because I can log in using safari and other browsers with the exact same password.

Put simply, your app is not absolute rubbish. Surely you must have tested it before releasing it? No, I thought not!

We are sorry you had a poor experience with the app. The issue mentioned relates to possible use of the username and password for our previous customer portal.
The “new” app is exactly that and requires a new registration to ensure appropriate security and GDPR compliance.
The app underwent months of user acceptance testing before being launched to offer the best experience we could, but a new registration is required.
Due to your valuable feedback we have updated the app description to emphasise this point and ensured it is highlighted more in all campaign materials.

Not a great start

Downloaded and deleted this app four times now, still won’t let me log in, saying wrong password even though it’s not because I can log in on safari using the password, very annoying
