Device Status/Information:
You can view your product network status, serial number, and remaining amount of supplies.

User Setting:
You can check or change the country and language setting.

QR Code Reader:
You can scan QR and Data Matrix codes assigned to Brother products or manuals to obtain more information.

Ok but nothing you can’t google

The you tube videos are all muted but you can enable CC to at least get an idea what they’re doing.

It’s pretty basic but great that it is a platform for such an expansive range of products.

Will I keep this app? Probably not as I don’t see what the benefits are. If I want to know how to overcome a challenge I’ll get the manual or I’ll google it.

Waste of time

I bought an embroidery machine innovis M240ED online from create and craft, as soon I passed the 28 days to get money back or get it fixed they said I had to contact brother, my machine just had a month and the faulty things started I always had excuses from brother and they didn’t help much as a previous review from someone called Logeric that comment here and I agree with him brother stuff is something I like so much, but if something goes wrong their literature is useless and doesn’t work, the online service useless too to communicate with them you can but you will have to do what they want and end up buying a new machine which is something I’m doing now buying a machine of £3500 and they delayed my business so much and it’s something brother won’t help me to repair which is bring my clients back.

waste of time

Like so much of Brother's stuff, if it works, fine, in fact absolutely superb. BUT if something goes wrong..
1) Their literature is useless, full of things that don't work.
2) Their online "help" service will be most unlikely to help you.
3) As for trying to communicate with a real human being, forget it.
4) So you have to do what they want, which is to buy a new machine.
