Rubbish & clunky, much better options available

What a rubbish app. My gym has just switched to this, for a perfectly good app that looked smart and was accurate. This BSport app is old looking, not easy to use, doesn’t add to calendar the classes you book. It’s rubbish. There are far better options out there. I can only hope they move again very soon. For a month we’ve had to use the Web based option as the App wasn’t ready. Rubbish transition to a rubbish system. Bad move.

Don’t listen to their promises of support

The system appears on the outset to be good however, once used across several sites the limitations become apparent. Poor reporting, revenue management and marketing tools that just don’t function as you would expect or need. Support is awful. We had a significant user issue and the response back, when it was escalated to the senior team was that they were too busy. Back up service appalling. Only scored a 1 star as it’s not possible to score a 0.

Straigt up trash!

My spin class was using Glofox before and it was SO MUCH BETTER!!!

If I search in this I can't scroll... there's no location option. Seriously... who built this?!
