Hot spots or not spots

As a BT customer of 40 or more years and Broadband since it became available I have always been happy my current deal beats all the so called super speeds be advertised, so much so their super fast is slug speed but the Wi-Fi is so much hit and miss You have to be sitting in a hot spot the signal carries such a short distance it’s embarrassing as well as the app not seeming to remember your log in, when it connects it’s brilliant and I do not know why I did not take advantage of it sooner it is a bonus as it comes with my BBand package something the other “Bargains” do not give, where ever the not spots it will not stop me using the welcome hot spots

This app is absolutely amazing! I’ve read a few of the reviews and I have something to say, if it’s not working it’s because there isn’t a BT Wi-fi hub nearby, if you want to access the Wi-fi you have to be near one of the hubs. Other then this lots of people say they are getting scammed which isn’t true because this app is worth the money and if you really at getting scammed and you got a message from BT that is probably a fake message because I’ve been scammed like that before and they said something about my bank account. I’ve been with BT for a while now and I recently downloaded the app on my iPad. Honestly this app is amazing and I suggest that everyone who hasn’t got it should try it because it’s a great way. You get around a few days free (I think?) and if you don’t like it just cancel the subscription. Simple as that, thank you.

Utterly unprofessional and liars!!

On Feb 5th 2019 I contacted BT by phone. The Operator agreed to change my package by dropping my Broadband package from £54 to £29, cancel my £10 unlimited call package, and cancel my BT Sport charge when the Sport contract ended at the end of April. I have spoken to Operators every month since then, the last one promised to contact me yesterday without fail to check if the bill was corrected. No call!! And bill still the same. To add insult to injury they have billed me again for the full package including BT Sport (£74) which was turned off to me on the 29th April. They have stolen about £100 from my account so far. I give up. The website all ways says it cannot contact the site to allow you to complain so they can claim no one complains when they tell Ofcom they have no problems with customers. Ofcom are in bed with these companies because they do not want individuals complaint to them.
