Thank You! 😊 The ability to change default cryptocurrency for most financial info screens is already there (you can set it in the 'Customize App' section); the ability to select a different default fiat currency will be coming soon, in one of the next updates. The icon was just recently refreshed, so that will have to wait a bit, but you are right that it is no longer just Bitcoin. Thanks again for the feedback, it is much appreciated, and I welcome further ideas!
Crashes since updating
Really enjoyed using this app for years now but there are two very annoying problems. The first is that they have ads pop up every time you scroll down past around 10 stories, the second is that half of these ads have the ‘X’ Close button so dar into the corner that you cant close the ad so you have to close the app and reopen it. If you must have ads you need to screen what ads you put on the app as I’m very close to just deleting the app for good!

Hello - It seems that the issue is specific to devices running iOS 11.0 or 11.1 - not earlier versions or the latest versions (i.e. iOS 11.2.x). Most of my pre-launch testing had been done with V11.2 which was already out. if you can upgrade your device to the latest iOS - 11.2.x, the problem should go away. In the mean time I am developing a global fix that will prevent it from happening under any version of iOS. Thanks, and I apologise for the inconvenience!

There’s a lot of rubbish crypto news services out there. With all their flashy graphics and OTT headlines it’s like they’re run by kids for kids. At least with btcNews you can sort the wheat from the chaff and get a general view on sentiment. It’s worth the £5 to get rid of the extremely annoying adverts.

Hi - I just wanted to mention that the app covers all cryptocurrencies, not just Bitcoin. You can however filter out sources you do not want to see from your main feed, create a 'favorites' feed for quick viewing of news from select ones you like, and choose a preferred crypto coin as a default for all financial information, including what is displayed in the today widget.
