“You can save $112,000 over a lifetime by just bringing your lunch to work” - personal finance statistics say.
“Sometimes, it's easy to overlook all of the tiny little "leaks" in your budget. People often don't realize how much they're spending.
It's easy to think that you're not buying anything lavish. You're not dining at the Ritz.
You're not flying to Paris. You don't drive a Mercedes-Benz. Where on earth is all of your money going?
Let me ask you a few questions:
Do you buy a coffee from Starbucks?
Do you buy ice cream, cookies, soda, or other junk food?
Do you own a car that has poor gas mileage?
Do you have a pet?
Do you occasionally grab lunch out when you're on the go?
All of these represents the most common ways in which people spend money.
None of these purchases are "wrong" or "right." They're simply choices. If you want to spend money on these items, you need to cut other expenses out of your budget. The core of budgeting is prioritizing: Cut the expenses that are less important to you, so that you can leave room in the budget for the spending that really matters.”*

Better than the others I've looked at and easy to use, I would to use the graph without paying and use more tabs but that's the only downside.
If they had an option to watch an advert to gain a tab or for a minute to use the graph I would give it 5 stars!
Good except for memory
So I like this app as essentially it does what is needed. However, it does not store what each individual amount is, only the total so you cannot go back through and see how much of your spending was necessary. For that reason I am also keeping a note book with a written itemisation of what I bought. It would be better if we didn’t need that. Also, if you start putting in an amount and realise you have done it incorrectly, you cannot press ‘c’ as that will wipe the entire record you are trying to add to. Quite frustrating!
Good app, too many in app purchases
Does the basics and if you don’t have many expenditures then this is for you.
You’re only allowed a certain amount of expenditures that you can add, if you want to be able to add in more then you need to pay for it. But that’s not the only in app purchase. There’s about 5 for different aspects of the app. It’s money grabbing and it doesn’t sit well with me.
