Okay but needs work

Decent app, does the job but does need some improvements:

1) You have to select drive through/collection from store at the point of ordering - I made the choice of drive through, but when I arrived the queue was about 30 cars long. I parked up and went into the store and was giving attitude from the guy behind the counter as I had selected drive through.... its the same food, from the same kitchen, just a different window....?

2) When I was given my food, it was bagged up and ready for me, great I could get away quickly; but if I had sat in the drive through would this had sat there for another 10/15 minutes?

Vouchers confusion

We eat at Burger regularly and use the App all the time for great offers, but since lockdown it’s all a bit confusing. We visited Southend High Street twice and were told no vouchers or app offers could be used, even though they were still handing them out and the offers were now being offered after stopping for a while, due to COVID-19. We decided to visit Burger King Pipps Hill Basildon drive-thru to see if they did whopper Wednesday as the App advertised it. We were told no sorry no whopper Wednesday even though the App offered it and I asked about any other offers on the App and was told to come inside if I wanted to use more than one voucher. I when inside and I could get a whopper Wednesday to take out and use as many offer vouchers as I please to takeout, which we did and sat in the car park the same as we would have done if we had made our purchase through the drive-thru. It doesn’t make much sense to me apart for making my purchase abut more inconvenient and I don’t know why you can offer different things inside and out with the App

APP DOES NOT WORK!

App (AGAIN) will not work. Black screen of death now. Has BK given up on this app? The previous version never worked and after nearly a year of working fine this newer version has seemed to given up the will to live! I can now fully understand why McDonalds as a business is miles out in front of this company. I honestly believe BK burgers are far superior to McDonalds. Yet, I simply don’t care who produces the better burger now, I would just much rather buy from a business who cares about their delivering a reasonable customer experience.

And NO, I will not waste anymore of my time writing to contact your task email about the problem I have experienced. That’s kinda your job to resolve. So pull your finger out, pay for a decent app (here’s a tip, download the McDonalds app and see why they are smashing the fast food business compared to yourselves) or go the way other very big high street businesses have in the last year who have rested too much on their laurels!
