Ive played this for a few years and overall you seem to wager a far lot more than it pays, theres no enjoyment on this site so stpped playing it for a good few months and then i thought id give it a second chance - £30 only lasts 4 mins and you only seem to win about £4 or £5 when your low , the game lags when your about to get the bonus and them crashes, theres no consistency and no decent wins to keep you playing for hours, you may get a few decent wins at the begining but thats all youll get, after that you play until all that is wagered back and they have profited from your deposits, i never realised this until i checked the game history after depositing every week and getting no wins and no bonus so i checked the other sites i play every week and i was in profit of over £1000 on 2 of them and the other 2 i play i was a few hundred in profit, but BWIN have got me on a huge loss in conparison! Best to avoid this site if you enjoy slots!

So I found this app on Facebook and it said deposit £10 and stake to receive free spins. How ever upon signing up and downloading I didn’t see the promo which I thought is weird. Then when I asked the chat box they said that promotion is not available anymore so why is it advertised. It is just a way to get you download the app and spend money. Now I know that the app is getting deleted. FALSE ADVERTISING like many betting sites, I am just lucky I didn’t spend any money on it, no point wasting your time if your trying to get a welcome bonus!

**please add the function to be able to withdraw/deposit from within the app directly and lower the amount able to withdraw from your account by £20 to £10** Its very nicely designed app that stands out from other betting apps except betfair, the app has all the best bets you can think of but in selection i do believe skybet offers better selections at times such as scorecast boost etc. As for app design it could be better by group all different type of bets per game after selecting that game. As it stands you go into the game and then its a long list down to find a bet you want to make and sometimes it can take a while, bets in actualy games/events needs better layouts or headers or something to better make it stand out. Please add these requests to make a complete app :)

App looks great , easy to use. Nice and refreshing. However .....I wasn’t aware -( I’m sure it may be in small print somewhere) ... you cannot place a bet less than £5. Insane. I’ve started the app as I always do to test the waters - with minimum deposit £5. Entered a soccer fixture and wanted to put on couple quid - it won’t let me lower the bet from £5. Contacted customer services who have stated it’s not possible to lower this. In an age of trying to help reduce over use of betting and addiction this seems incredible. It’s a massive disadvantage whilst the app although neat and cool doesn’t offer enough advantage to outweigh this. Won’t be depositing more and the apps getting deleted.

I use all big betting sites in the UK and this is has the best App out there. Very easy to use and slick which is exactly what you want in a betting App to find what you want and get bets on quickly-as a site they have huge promotions, I won £6000 on their predictor recently too!! They are not well used in the UK but think they will be over the next few months/years

When trying to receive my free bet promotion I messaged the live chat to see if my bet qualified to double check, and low and behold they said my bet had qualified, and was told I’d revive my free bet within 48 hours of the bet settlement, so after not receiving the bet I went in to a new live chat which I was told it did not qualify so I effectively had been lied to whilst waiting for a free bet I advise not to use the app, the customer service is beyond poor I feel like something could have been done considering I was lied to by an employee of theirs
