WAS good. NOW DREADFUL.

Bought this app a couple of years ago and have enjoyed sending the odd photo postcard to far away friends and family. Even bought 10 credits upfront to keep it going. Haven't used it for a while and tonight I cannot log in and cannot use the address lookup function. Both times I'm Told to check my internet (which is fine!). I cannot request a new password for the same reason (need to check internet apparently). I cannot give feedback or ask for support via their in app function as you have to be logged in. And when I go their website it's completely dead. It would seem the app is dead and website is dead and my credits are dead with them. Such a shame as was a good app and could've been a great one.

This WAS a great app

I first reviewed this a couple of months after it first came out and gave it five stars. The app provider that produced it gave us a great initial product and promised a lot of new features 'soon'. Sadly they have given way to pretty borders and stuff instead of functionality. You can't buy credits in the app, you can't send to more than one person at once, you can't add text to a picture, you can't.... Well, do anything other than send a picture as a postcard! No editing facilities, and worse than that, no guarantee the postcard will arrive. They used to arrive in 3-5 days but now they are closer to ten days IF they arrive at all. They have introduced a new fridge magnets idea which is good but these thugs are at the expense of simple functionality. I'm going to give Touchnote a trial and see if it is any better. Not writing this off yet but it needs some serious developing if it wants to keep my custom.

Addition: I sent two postcards In September from Scotland to my work in Dorset. They arrived mid-November! Absolutely ridiculous. They don't even come as postcards now, they are put inside envelopes though they are printed on card. I won't be wasting my time with this one anymore. I expect postcards to at least arrive in a week, two months is utterly pathetic.

Amazing turnaround!!

After a very disappointing non arrival of 5 cards, plus numerous complaints using their online form, I have been contacted by the CEO of this company who could not apologise enough! Not only have I been reimbursed with my payment for 10 credits, but I have also had a large amount of credits added to my account along with a very humbling and apologetic email. They have had serious problems but I think they are now trying to correct those issues so thank you Luke Heron, you are a light at the end of a very dark tunnel!!
