Great App

Used this app to send a greetings card, great service, quick delivery, great having credits so when I need to send a card in a hurry it’s quick and simple to do 😊

Back but sad

Glad this app is back I used to use it regularly as I travel with work. Very annoying that the high amount of “credits” I did have are now lost.
Also the forgotten password function does not work.
dubious to purchase more credits incase it flops again.

Substantial update, great new features

Hi all, I'm Andrew, the lead developer on this app. We're very proud of the new features in v.1.5, and from the thousands upon thousands of postcards we handle each week, all printed using the latest multi-million pound printing technology on high quality, thick card and laminated, we know that most users are too. Of the small number of problems that do arise, we deal with them straight away, whether or not it's directly our fault (such as an occasional Royal Mail delivery problem). I can guarantee you that if you have any issue with our service, just contact support and we'll respond personally and work at it until your issue is resolved, as we want ByPost to be no.1 in customer service as well as quality. When I read unfair negative reviews from people who claim it's a scam or con, they lost money, etc. etc., and who have never once contacted us despite having a support link on iTunes and every page of our website, I can only wonder who writes such unfair/untrue comments, and what their motive is. I am personally very proud of the substantial improvements and intuitive image editing and design themes we've added to the new version, and we'll continue to improve the app and add the features you want to see.
