Excellent….Just 1 Issue
I’ve recently started using this app which is amazing and searches the cheapest price for your journey before booking. Amazing customer service (James) but the only issue I have is that payment is taken by them immediately. This is a hinderance as a few times payment has been taken then the taxi firm have cancelled my booking so I am then out of pocket until Cab Guru refund the money which can take up to 7 days. Maybe only take payment once the journey has been completed.

I was very impressed and positively surprised to see how good it’s the support team of this company and not just the service they offer.
I experienced a problem with one of the car companies and cab guru company took my side and clarified the terms with the car company. They always gave me prompt answers and a very professional support and solved my problem instead of leaving me alone to deal with it.
I think is very important for an app like this to have a good system behind and cab guru has.

Great app , although it's slow to load up and information seems to disappear too quickly to take it in or get a screen shot such as the details of the booking which is important as the cab company's name , details and fare is on it . Nevertheless, the price comparison is really good and useful .
