Great local ordering app. Easy to use and great to see so many choices. Will be my go to over the big apps.
Basic App
The app is very basic and there is no feedback feature which is frustrating. There are a small selection of restaurants from the Caerphilly town area on it, it’s just a shame these restaurant clearly aren’t able to make the order for this app probably other fast food apps too.
Missing food, cold food and worst of all food labelled wrong.
It not the fault of the app it’s just a shame that the idea and the practice haven’t quite met at such a high standard as other larger food apps.
This is a scam
Placed an order at 16:43 for £50. Estimated delivery 17:35. One hour after the estimated delivery time phoned the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 90 minutes tried phoning again many times but the call just ended. 2 hours after estimated delivery time get an email to say the order is complete. 2 1/2 hours later still no food….
