By far the best on iOS
I’ve used other calculators on my iPhones and dissatisfaction with these propelled me to switch earlier this year. I wish I had done so earlier, as I found this calculator has extremely helpful features, such as its remembering the individual terms in a previous calculation, enabling me to change just one term and recalculate. This was new to me, as were other innovations that make using this calculator a total delight. Making something “intuitive”, from the user’s point of view, means thoughtful, diligent work behind the scenes, so thank you all. It’s excellent work.
A pleasing layout and good functionality
I have used this app on my phone for a long time. I like its appearance and it is easy to use. There are many different functions available but I only use the most common personally. I have never encountered any gremlins or downtime which is what you really want with a numerical app.
Getting better but give us the time!
I like the latest version a lot and have been enjoying the handwriting option, though with (literally) mixed results.
The feature I would most like to see in future would be a ‘degrees, minutes, seconds’ button like the old Casio calculators had. As someone who makes a lot of angular and time related calculations this would be a real boon.
You’ll get 5 stars from me when that happens! Keep up the good work.
