Have made videos for my daughter for a few years now. Had to pay for the app before and now the individual videos but it is well worth the money when you think they have recorded all those names and scenarios. Brilliant scenes, choices of stories so if you have more than one child they can have different videos and pure Christmas magic. Am happy to pay your price for such a brilliant treat. I didn,t have any trouble making or downloading. Was done in minutes and in know my daughter will watch it again and again. Thank you pnp, keep up the good work, I for one am happy to contribute a small fee for all your hard work. Merry Christmas. EDIT: a few years on and my review has not changed, people will always be quick to review a product that doesn’t meet expectation and less inclined to review positively. Please always remember that when reading reviews. My daughter is now 13 but I still make the free short video as a bit of fun and tradition for Christmas. We watch the Santa tracker and love the advent calendar, games and video shorts, even for just their high quality and beautiful scenes. For younger children the extended videos and calls are incredible and well worth the money. Don’t hesitate if you want to see you children’s eyes alight with the wonder of Christmas magic. This app is Christmas in one click!

We have been in touch with Father 🎅🏻 and mother 🤶Christmas with all the elves for 7 years my Grandson Alfie has all of his letters and certifications from him for being a good boy and getting a call on Christmas Eve from him before he goes to bed he is totally amazed and the only night of the year where he doesn’t fight about going too bed 😇PNP the company that Father Christmas 🎅🏻 trusts to do all of his magical calls, letters, certificates are fantastic especially when it comes to the end of September and then he gets a phone call from Father Christmas 🎅🏻 to wish Alfie a Happy Birthday and a wonderful video with the eves and a Birthday cake.No one will ever find a better company to bring Christmas alive like PNP does.Thank you so much to everyone at PNP I’ll be in touch soon and we have our precious little gem 💎 to introduce to Father Christmas 🎅🏻 get a new page ready for her 1st Christmas 🎄

Previously better/disappointingly buggy and now time consuming

Takes 2-3hrs to setup as a parent. You have to repeat-enter information it should remember previously from the child profiles or previously entered - and when you edit the child profiles it temporarily duplicates them…you delete the duplicate….and they both go. Very frustrating. When rendering the videos (local on-device) it easily overloads the device when doing multiple to slow the UI to a crawl. Needs to self-limit and queue. The toggle to show the videos in kids corner is below the videos - and it isn’t obvious it exists nor that you can scroll down. I’ve just tried to play some from there, and only got a white-screen until I minimised the app and returned to it. Also - there’s some form of bug which makes the full listing of the videos in KC intermittent - sometimes there’s four, sometimes a dozen. Just a poor show app-development-wise. Did they test at all over the years? I would get my money back - but I’ve promised the kids this - just hope it works when they see it…..otherwise PNP will blow the magic of Christmas rather than reinforce it.Also - minor - but used to have a photo-overlay game - kids loved it - hasn’t been around for a few years.Update: And yeah, I contacted you and got some boilerplate rubbish reply where I don’t even think you read my bug reports - you’ll do nothing I’m sure….and at least one of the appalling bugs above are on the iPhone version too glaringly poor work.

EDIT: It looks like the elves have been hard at work on this app over night as it seems to be a lot better this morning!I subscribe to the Magic Pass and in the past it has been great but this year there are quite a lot of issues, I am sad to say. It got one of my children’s age incorrect for their birthday message a while ago but the Christmas experience has been even worse. First, the app just does not display all the info to create videos, such as photo options; then it will appear before disappearing again. The recipient details are faulty, not appearing correctly to even be able to select them. when attempting to access them from the email alerts (which I like to do to enhance the surprise experience) it results in a message saying the video is no longer available! After managing to view a newly created video, the playback froze after Santa put the phone down (even though this is the end of the video, it looks bad) Then, on one occasion, Santa pronounced my child’s name in Spanish when it hadn’t done so before. This is a real shame.
