Absolutely shocking
This app is absolutely terrible and so is the bus drivers and staff.
I’ll happily be named and shamed but as of right now and yesterday they move my bus times back nearly 40 minutes. I have to catch public buses and moving my times back without telling me you have a reason is just stupid. If you want to pay for my taxi to other places because you make me late then please be my guest.
This is all unacceptable
