Lots of considerations for business
Cant cancel taxi. Am not able to call driver, and with new taxi services becoming available in Croatia, this isn’t even the cheapest option.
Cancelling taxi is not an issue for the customer but for the business, as if something popped up the customer will just leave and the taxi driver will suffer, leading for the business to travel.
Additionally entering address is not easy, and you can’t update or change it which can lead to many miscommunication, loss of revenue etc.
I only gave the 2nd star because it’s cheaper than Uber which is hard to compete with, but the Cammeo taxi operation seems to be getting worse throughout the years.
Location finding and search just terrible
We used the app a few times. At no point did it find any addresses or points of interest, and snapped to impossible pickup points. We had to phone repeatedly and cancel some trips because the app just didn’t work. Try something like Uber instead.
