Disappointed
I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and for the most part I’ve enjoyed it.
The graphics are good, albeit a little small on a phone, and the game play is fast and smooth.
You are given 500 credits daily, but can buy, or naturally win, extra.
If you choose to join a game, it requires all
Players to commit before your credits are taken.
However, I had one experience recently that has made me feel very frustrated and disappointed with the company and their customer service.
I joined a game, but the other player had not ‘commuted’ and was slow to respond. I chose to leave by clicking the ‘leave game’ button, but just as I hit the confirm ‘leave’ button, she joined, and I was thrown out of the room 5500 credits worse off.
What was even more annoying was that due to s bug of similar glitch, my remaining credits had disappeared, leaving me with a balance of zero.
Their response to my dilemma has been poor, basically explaining what I already knew, that when you join a game and it starts, you forfeit your money. Of course, that’s only fair. But to take this money when you e already clicked to leave??! Sure, it may need a bit of a tidy up programming wise, but to palm your customers off is a very poor show.
They’ve yet to credit me anything, not even my lost points.
I’ve now deleted the app and won’t be uploading it again
Complicated to start
You have to go via Facebook then it gets so complicated to get actually playing the game. I gave up as it was hopeless.
