1. 티켓 번호 등록
공연 시 공식 응원봉에 좌석번호를 등록하면 무대 연출에 맞춰 자동으로 색상이 변경되어 보다 즐겁게 공연을 즐길 수 있습니다.

2. 멤버별 스킨 적용
멤버의 이미지를 앱의 배경화면으로 설정할 수 있습니다.

3. 유투브 채널 연결
트와이스 공식 유투브 채널로 바로 이동하여 다양한 영상을 감상하실 수 있습니다.

4. 응원봉 배터리 잔량 체크
앱과 연결된 응원봉의 배터리 잔량을 체크합니다.

5. 응원봉 업데이트
앱을 통해 블루투스로 연결하여 응원봉을 업데이트 할 수 있습니다.

Bluetooth?

I just recently received my light stick, at first I though it was a fake one. It may well be but I have watched many videos comparing real to fake. All arrows point to the light stick being real. The Bluetooth on the other hand, is it an app issue? Keeps saying error, I’m not too happy about it. I am on an IPhone XR. Is it the type of phones we are using or something? I don’t get it. All I want to do it connect the light stick but no matter what I do, it won’t. Please fix it as soon as you can :((

Bluetooth worked before, now it doesn’t TT

When I updated the app, the candy bong z won’t connect. Before there was a pink layout and a pink bar at the top but now it’s all white and the Bluetooth doesn’t work anymore! Please fix this and also the twice mode is gone too :(

Lightstick won’t connect

Every single time I try to connect it, the error message shows up. I have tried replacing batteries, deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing works. Please fix this!
