Problems about car upgrading and changing colour of my car.

I am writing to express my concern about an issue I encountered while playing your game. Specifically, I upgraded my car and changed its color, but when I drove the car, I found that there was no change in its appearance. Upon further investigation, I realized that I needed to purchase vinyls to change the color of my car, which cost 100 in-game currency.

I am writing to request an explanation for this issue. As a player, I find it frustrating that upgrading my car and changing its color did not have the desired effect, and that I needed to spend additional currency to achieve the appearance I wanted. I would like to understand the reasoning behind this game design decision, and whether there is any way to change the color of my car without purchasing vinyls.

I ve lost everything

Hello I’ve been playing this game for a year now and I had 30 cars which included a scannia , a coach, a Bugatti veron , a Toyota hillux and another 26 cars. I would of had more but once I was in mountain playing with my friend and I was driving a McLaren and a exchange request popped up for an f1 so I accepted , then I saw a bus so I told the driver if he wanted to trade and he said yes for the F1 so he told me to join him on a private server, which I did and he for some reason asked me to sell my f1 for 11k so I did but then he bought it and then just left so then I realised he scammed me. Next thing which is probably pretty common and is the reason I’m writing is I had a problem signing in and I reset my password because I was signing in and then I lost all my 30 cars and went back to my old account settings. I can see that this has happened to others. What’s worse is I’ve lost my friends also and can’t find them again. I was so upset and my dad said he would buy cars but only if the developers can explain what’s happened and reassure us that it won’t happen again this game is so good that I didn’t want to delete it so I’m wondering if you could help me get my cars back pls. And help me find my friends. VIP KING

Great game but...

I have loved playing this game for over what has been 1800 hours. It has always been brilliant until today. I had encountered a problem I had never faced before. I was playing on a server when I saw a BMW M8 which I wanted to exchange with, it also wanted to exchange but when I came to look at it on main menu, I found it was not a BMW M8 but rather a smart car which meant I got scammed. This resulted in me losing my 5000 coin Porsche which had 1700hp and 2254nm, this was worth about £48. I’m sure this is not a first of hearing about it so I am asking for your developers to not focus on getting new cars but rather working on in-game problems like this. I’m sure many other people have had this done to them and it is heartbreaking. I know it may take a while to fix, so temporarily could you please return the lost cars to their owners so that we can get our items back, I know that many people spend real money on their cars, so them losing their cars is like being robbed of money. Thanks.
