The button is tiny to press to monitor each breath and you have to be very precisely accurate to press on it. I tested it with how close you needed to be and it has to be so precise for it to register and it’s hard looking away and back and at the tiny button to hit it accurately before the next breath looking away again and sometimes the tap doesn’t register and I have to tap it a little harder, I tried to find contact details on the app to request if someone could make the tiny dot into à larger tab like the heart symbol at the bottom of that screen for example but I couldn’t find any contact details so leaving this review in the hope this would be taken into consideration please

I started using this app to monitor my dogs breathing rate after the app I was using beforehand stopped working. All in all it’s a good app, simple to use and displays all my dogs readings on a clear line graph that can be easily emailed and printed.If I could suggest a couple of improvements..... when viewing the graph sometimes it alternates between portrait/landscape view involuntarily which can be a bit annoying!I think it would also be good if you could add readings from the past.... so someone like myself who is new to your app could add the old information and view it in the graph. I’m not sure why but I seem to be able to add data for future dates in the ‘preview’ screen ... maybe this could be reversed? Keep up the good work and thanks for providing this app!

As others have said this app is very handy for counting heart rate and compiling this info into a table and graph for easy documentation. However this company has proven to be unreliable with this recent update. Luckily I sent my dogs list of heart rates to my vet about a month ago but everything since then has been erased with the most recent update. I don’t know how this oversight could be missed or deemed excusable. A simple notification alerting users to the new change could have prevented this. These data are crucial to guiding treatments and very likely life saving treatments, medications and interventions. This could be particularly detrimental to a new user with a recent heart diagnosis from their vet that isn’t sure what values would be of concern. All of a sudden apparent patterns and potential alarm bells have been erased. My vet recommended this app to me when my dog was diagnosed but I’ll be sure to tell them of this experience on my next visit.

Was a useful app, being able to monitor your dog’s heart condition. Went to do a new reading tonight, and you seem to have deleted me as a user and wiped all my dog’s data which I used to share with his cardiologist to monitor his MVD. I can see from canine cardio facebook groups that this has happened to many people across many countries. Our dogs are part of our families. Caring for a dog with heart health issues is an addition emotional burden. I do hope that this deletion of all data was a mistake and that you haven’t deliberately done this.
