Finally! A decent vehicle log book

New: Responses by the developer have made this a 5-star app. Reports are great and for UK users the MPG figures are now fixed. This app rocks!

Original: Even for family use, a vehicle log book has been around since Benz invented a car. Nowadays it is vital if you want to keep ahead of service issues and ensure that one of your biggest investments gets the best care. CarDiary beats them all. Easy to use, simple to keep up to date and a decent UI for the Apple ecosystem. It can be used for anything from a bicycle to a huge commercial fleet. Whilst I am never a fan of subscriptions, this has a decent approach that few could justifiably moan about (even me). There are a couple of areas that are in need of explanations and the reports could do with a little more granularity, however, this has now become the de-facto app for both my private use and company use and should make life a lot easier for all of us. Oh, and you get to try it out for free for a month, and the developer actually answers emails!
