With CardioBot, you can easily understand the data captured by the Apple Watch so you can improve your lifestyle and discover notable patterns.

Your Apple Watch measures your heart rate every 4 minutes during the day. With CardioBot, you can easily understand the data captured by the Apple Watch so you can improve your lifestyle and discover notable patterns.

CardioBot uses the studies provided by the American Heart Association to build smart recommendations that help you to improve your cardiovascular system and maintain good health.

CardioBot is an iPhone app that reads heart rate data stored by the Apple Watch in HealthKit. The app separates readings in low, normal, elevated, and high heart rate through different colors and charts, allowing you to see averages at a glance.

CardioBot also supports viewing data captured during workouts and meditations, and it can also provide the sleep analysis information for a complete dashboard of your heart rate. All of this is done with a minimal and elegant interface that makes it easy to view statistics for individual days, browse detailed timelines, and compare day-to-day changes.

This app requires an iPhone that has the Health App installed. Heart readings are read from the Health Data Store, which is populated by your Apple Watch.

CardioBot requires iOS 14 and Watch OS 7.

Huge potential to push Whoop for the Reign 👑

So I have found this app very useful when it comes to training and general life at the moment. The range of data is excellent. I have been comparing this to a mates Whoop band and I am impressed to say that this is right up there competing. The HRV gives a rest representation to how you are really “doing”. Over training, overworked or just stressed with life at hone during lockdown with the kids 24/7? Gives a good few of how perspective and reactive your body will be to training.

Give it a shot!

Nice app

I like the app but I don’t like how it keeps telling me my heart rate is low during the day. The app does not take into account that I’m sleeping at this time but when awake it’s always over 60. As a result on an almost daily basis the app says my average heart rate is under 50 but people’s rate is generally lower during sleep

I’d like a feature adding where you can tell it the time of day you usually sleep and then it can calculate your average awake heart rate and then I might stand a chance of turning it orange for the day with exercise rather than blue. It can be demotivating after doing exercise to then see it blue for the day due to it being lower during sleep which you have no control over. I might exercise for an hour at most. I might sleep 8+ hours some days so the percentage of time spent in the 50’s or high 40’s is 7x more than exercising in the 130+

Hello, it is great that you have blue at the end of the day. This is the goal that most of the users of CardioBot want to achieve. Do you wear Apple Watch during the whole day?

Great balance of detail vs simplicity

I’ve used a few of these apps and they range from very basic, to over-the-top with detail and stats to the point you don’t understand what you’re looking at. This app finds the right balance between those points, and the subscription adds genuine value for trend analysis over extended periods of time.

My only wish / compliant is notifications are all-or-nothing and I’d like to be able to choose what to be notified about. I don’t want Sleep related notifications for example, but weekly trend summaries or High / Low HR alerts would be welcome. I’ve turned them off for now, which feels a missed opportunity for the Dev.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback! I will give you more options on notifications control.
