Description
The CarePlanner Mobile App gives care workers easy and secure access to the information they need when visiting clients.
Care workers can:
• View a list of their appointments
• View appointment information, such as:
◦ client address
◦ entry details
◦ 3rd party contact details
◦ Care Plans
• View travel information between appointments
• View their time off
• See information about other carers that are assigned to the appointment
• View handover notes from the carers that have previously visited the client
• Log in and out of appointments using the clients’ selected call monitoring method
• Send check-in and check-out notes, or other notes using custom categories
• Record important information about the appointment, medication administrations and confirmation of tasks that were completed
• Receive push notifications when an appointment is due to have been started
Feedback is always welcome and with the in-app reporting tool, this is easier than ever.
This app will not work without a subscription to the CarePlanner system.

Getting there
Been using this through work for a while now. Main issue I have is that I can’t just view all of the shifts that are on rota ahead of time instead of just two weeks ahead. If all shifts that are on rota are available to view it’d be a much better app. Going date by date is frustrating and takes time to load so can be time consuming.

Our latest version of the mobile app has brought in a new enhanced 'Roster View', meaning you can now see as far as your published roster allows! This new addition makes it easier for you to view further ahead and stay up to date with appointments, holidays or training events. In addition to this, our latest mobile app version comes with significant performance updates.
We hope you enjoy the new feature and enhanced performance, and would love to hear your feedback.
Clean interface but very limited view
It is frustrating that we only have a daily or weekly view. The old 14 day view wasn’t even good enough really and now it has been removed. It would be ideal if we could either have a monthly view or simply just a list of all shifts allocated available at a glance.
Absolute Bobbins!!! 👎
Absolute bobbins app!! Shows medications due later in the day which are not part of your shift so can look a little confusing. Nothing to record what you have done throughout your shift such as personal care, oxygen and heart rate, peg feed record etc etc.. sometimes doesn’t show any medication at all to record. Won’t let you log out of app if you didn’t have time to mark off your medication straight away due to looking after your client.
