CarLock - Advanced Car Tracker 4+

I would highly recommend this for your car, simple plug in and play. It tracks all your journeys each time giving you data such as top & avg speed, miles driven, time it had taken from start to finish with a score out of 100% for driving behaviour. You can also see on apple maps a line of the route you drove. With vibration detection nobody will be able to hit your car or bump it without you knowing and it alerting your phone, other Alerts such as Engine started moved vehicle and device removed will also keep you informed. You can lock and disable your cars Device using the app or car lock tag (sold separately) parked in a massive car park and can’t find your car? Use the coordinates the app will provide to navigate to your car. Highly recommend and I’ve never had any problems in the years of ownership.

I started off with the standard device back in 2020 and moved up to the advanced device in 2022 and whilst I have changed my car several times, the device has worked perfectly with each car. The subscription cost each month is a small price to pay for something you have worked hard for. I now have a Hybrid Vehicle and am using the same advanced device along with this app. The app has always worked perfectly for me. Even the Timer Lock that automatically arms your device after the engine stops after 5 mins. As my car runs on electric for a good percentage of my journey, I had visions of the device arming itself after 5 mins whilst I’m driving, as my engine isn’t running but it doesn’t. However, the Car Lock Tag is a waste of time and never works and as the device is constantly attached to your OBD port, if I don’t go anywhere in my car for a few days, the device does flatten my car battery and unable to start my car. The 12v battery on a Hybrid Car is very little and is only needed to make the Hybrid System ready but as said above, the device will flatten your battery if left for a few days.

Had this for a few months now and it has given me great peace of mind. So easy to fit .. 2 connections to battery and works pretty much out of the box with the first months subscription included. I have had no false alarms so can't comment on " vibration alerts" but the tracker gives me a very accurate locations and also critically the charge status of my battery.
I do wish the developers would open up all the benefits of the app in return for my £6.99 a month in the UK rather than charging a premium for the extra facilities such as average speed and alerts for poor driving etc but I guess it's their business model. Maybe they would sell more if they did? But all in all an excellent product the purchase price is a bargain.
