Not the Worst defo not the best

So game wise, good! slots pay accordingly and seem to hit bonuses frequent, no problem with a quick sign up and a quick deposit, but here I am, after depositing £180 and trying to withdrawal £700 the battle starts, firstly I was told they need a bank statement or a bill of some kind dated 3 months, and I picture of my I’d and a picture with me holding my I’d, I received two emails a day later saying these have been confirmed, fast forward four days and still says pending withdrawal, so I go onto live chat and now they’re saying my id photo with me holding it is blurry, plus they need pictures of my debit card I made deposits from AND a verification phone call to my mobile, I mean if this isn’t a way to hold someone’s earned money as long as they can, they would be a good casino if it was a basic upload, ID and a statements but no they want 8 forms, I’m still waiting now.. after all this they’ll probably want to see proof of my gold fishes middle name before they give me my money, shame really, I’ll do a update post when they finally pay up and show how long it did take and how much I actually needed to give them, shame as I’ll take my business elsewhere after, even though the live casino and slots seem fair and great,..

So guys I signed up I think it was a £5.00 free welcome bonus so I completed the wager task of £68 to allow me to withdraw my winnings I won £60 on slots and so far very good company there is quite a lot of I’d required for obvious reason to prove who you are age name and your legitimate to stop fraud etc I mean I’ve not received my winnings as of yet it takes 4-5 working days so I will update you guys on this review once I receive them so far no problems with this company can say I will use it again as soon as I get the winnings very excited would highly recommend

Massive scam.

Easily take ya money but won’t pay out. It’s been nearly 30 days, about 50 emails, 3 live chats and A very intrusive phone call (I will be taking them to a small claims court, I’ve reported them to gambling commission , ADR and ICO, Rejected 4 CLEAR forms of ID and address even though they were all taken in HDR, They said all were blurry except my bank card funny thing is my bank card doesn’t have my full legal name only my driving license does, So they clearly weren’t blurry (I have all the evidence) They’ve now suspended my account even though I have money that has not been played all because I caught them committing fraud and selling my personal data and reporting them. Be warned they will sell your data to other casinos, they also searched my credit file. So they know exactly who I am, haven’t committed any fraud or money laundering, they are just refusing to pay out what’s owed. They picked the wrong person to scam.
