I would love to rate it lesser than 1. Imagine it says there that adults are ages 12 and above but when i tried my son who was born 2011, it keeps bugging and did not push through. So i went of to their help box, advised me to put 2000 and let them know the booking number so they gonna change it there. Upon going to check out stage, when i was trying to pay, it crash again… imagine the pain in putting all the details of 6 people? What a total mess. Cebupac never failed to disappoint.

I needed to add luggage. You are told you can only do that via the app or they will charge you more at the airport. I have spent hours trying to access the luggage page of the app via ‘Manage Booking’ but each time it just returns me to the the sign-in page or times the session out in 2 seconds. Presumably a scam to make you pay more for the luggage at the airport? I’m a big international traveller using many airlines but I won’t be using this one airline again. Avoid!

I booked a flight , I reach to payment stage when I confirmed my payment thru my bank app, suddenly the system hang and shows white blank screen. And I checked my bank I finally found that it was already deducted. the thing is the booking confirmation not arrive. It was happened to me before I booked twice and I paid the confirmation has not arrived my money wasted and gone. Not good app!
