ZERO STARS!! Now even worse and they’ve done it again!
Unbelievable they have managed to exceed themselves. The App was eventually working sort of fine and then a week ago they updated and when you open it IT JUST CRASHED INSTANTLY!!
If you delete and reload IT CRASHES INSTANTLY. AND KEEPS DOING THAT. So, you have to dial #823# to get an update! On top of removing OSJA and making us spend more money on SEREY it really is rubbing salt into the wounds! How can a company as large as CELLCARD not have developers that are good but also don’t know how to DEBUG!!
They updated on 21st Dec 2021. After that you had to try 4 or 5 times to open the app. It keeps crashing. Ridiculous. I spoke to customer support, who apologised, and assured me they were working to set things right. Today 1st Jan 2022 I opened the app which sent me an update message. With great hope, I thought YES, they’ve fixed the issues.
I updated the app and HEH PRESTO NOW IT WON’T OPEN AT ALL!
This is the most amateurish work of programming any major telco company has done. Their developers should be ashamed of their efforts and fired. Get the people who do the ABA bank app - that always works perfectly. I am amazed that CELLCARD can allow this unbelievably shoddy effort! I give this ZERO stars!!!

Latest/New version crashes when opening
Disappointed to find that the new version with subsequent updates doesn't load the home page for me to access my account. It isn't compatible with ios 9 or above because I have ios 10.3.1. Wish I could revert to the old version that worked perfectly fine.

EVIL
I hate football. Without my consent Cellcard charges 7 cents again and again for something to do with football. No unsubscribe. Just a daily reminder of how this company is.
