Functional but barely
Almost no feedback, no tracking data or time info until a taxi is on its way to you, which is no use if you book in advance and expect one to arrive.
So instead just expect the worst, use an Uber instead.
Dodgy
1) Tried to register my credit card as default method of payment. Initially card was accepted. Booked a ride and immediately got a message from the bank about my card being blocked due to suspicious activity.
2) App demanded a house number be added to my saved home address which already included the house number.
This app used to be ok, I am now deleting because it’s looking dodgy. It’s got to be solidly reliable for booking rides to the airport, 100% confidence needed and it’s not there.
Good option in Edinburgh
Used the app several times while visiting. There was an error the first time, but it worked fine after that. We needed a 5 seater and this allowed us to choose type of vehicle. Prompt and very friendly drivers. Just need option to add tip from within the app.
